Of course I mean non potentially threatening life and/or early career ender/s. Still could potentially happen when it/they require surgery to fix it/they. Even more recovery afterwards to just get back to where it/they before it happen or whatever its called. At the same time it/they could use integrative medicine as well. I mean thats what I read happened to one of them when it happened for the 2nd time to him. But didn't read the whole thing and especially if it was the same one.

Athletes need to be in tip top chapati perform at their best. It is a constant balance of stress and recovery. Recovery is just as important as physical training. If injury occurs, nothing should be done to make to injury worse.
