Is sifrol still the best medicine for RLS?

After 40 years of RLS I just wish I could find something better.Dr in Sweden just dont know enough.

There are many lifestyle treatments as well as medications that can be used to treat RLS.

--regular exercise
--professional legs massages
--Hot baths or heating pads or ice packs applied to the legs
--Good sleep habits
--A vibrating pad called Relaxis
--reducing stress
--avoid tobacco, alcohol and caffeine

(Anticonvulsant drugs)

As you can see, you have any options. I suggest that you talk to your doctor about these treatments.
