Susan Cody HERWriter Guide

Hi Anon

Thanks for your question!

There are many, many things that can make a person want to sleep all the time.

Some include physical conditions like a low thyroid count, hyponatremia (not enough salt in the body), diabetes or obesity, chronic fatigue syndrome, a problem with the nervous system or a brain injury.

Depression can also cause excessive sleep.

Do you think any of these conditions could apply to you?

Best,

~Susan
