Okay so, I'm going crazy.
For the past couple of days I've been feeling something CRAWL or move inside my feet! and this morning, I actually saw something move in my left foot while I had this feeling. It's in both my feet and a few minutes ago I felt it in my nose. I'm scared. What could this be? I'm a 20 year old female and I'm relatively healthy. Please help.
