i have sore all time i take magensium everyday i eat really healthy take protien shakes everyday workout three times a week stretch everyday have low thyroid take medication for that low iron take medication for that too love to work out

Could you describe the soreness? Is it more like a dull ache, cramping or tenderness? Is it worse in the morning or evening? Does it get worse with exercise? With more information, I may be able to be of some help.
