It has been there for almost 2 months at times while walking feel soreness never had any issues like this till date, at times during the course of the day the soreness would be gone. Wanted to know how to get rid of the issue. Is it a indication that something is wrong. Have been trying to control my diet and loose weight have already lost 3.5 kgs.

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Pain in the foot can be due to many things such as the bone, tendon, ligament, muscles, toenail beds and nerves. You need to see a doctor in order to find the proper treatment for your symptoms and perhaps have imaging testing done. To know what can be causing the pain in your foot.

Best,

Daisy
