Welcome to EmpowHER. A woman is considered a virgin until she has sexual intercourse the first time. The hymen is not what determines if you are a virgin. Most girls, are born without a hymen or it's broken along their lives with a strenuous exercise. If you didn't have intercourse it's unlikely you will be pregnant.
