Hi! So, I'm really paranoid over sperm being everywhere I touch, and for about a month now, I'm scared of being around men. I'm always scared they're gonna leave sperm in stuff I can touch, so I'll end up pregnant. Anyways, I've been taking swimming classes, and there's this old man who takes his granddaughter to classes too, and he always says good morning and all that. While I was taking a shower on the women's bathroom after the class, I left my towel hanging outside the shower cabin, as I always do. But when I took the towel to dry myself, that scary thought came into my mind: what If that old Guy came in and touched my towel with semen on his hand? There were women in the bathroom when I got in the shower, but It was empty when I finished. I also checked on my towel after I dryed my vagina, but there was nothing sticky on It, It was only wet from drying my vagina. Sorry for the paranoid question, but I really need some help

There is no way a random man followed you into a women's locker room to put sperm on your towel in order to impregnate (and all other men) you so we can go with the fact that you are not pregnant.
September 14, 2017 - 4:20amPlease seek therapy for your paranoia and obsessions. Once they are dealt with, you can free yourself of these fears and have a healthier life.
