Dear Steve_1979,

We ask, out of fairness for our other readers that you keep questions of the same nature on your first original post.

Assuming that there is NO sperm in your meatus, then preseminal fluid would contain very little to actually NO sperm. We cannot give you an exact number as we are not scientists and there is no exact amount found in any one mans preseminal fluid if samples were to be taken.

Please practice safe sexual activities if you do not want to be worried about getting your girlfriend pregnant. If you are not sure whether or not certain acts can get a girl pregnant, then it is best not to engage in them.
