Last month i came on my period on dec 21 came on this month jan 21 but i was spottinh for 3 days the last two days was a very light period, and i was supposed to came off on tge 25 but its now going on the 27 and im bleady heavy now whats going on. Yes im sexually active and im 21 . Unprotected sex on the 20th and not on birth control

This recent change in your period must be evaluated by your gynecologist.
I am concerned that you are sexually active, do not use birth control and now are having a period that is prolonged with heavy bleeding. This raises the possibility of the spontaneous loss of a very early pregnancy.
