Me and my girlfriend had broken up for 2 weeks and during that two weeks she had unprotected sex with another man, and when we got back we had intercourse together. A couple days later she starts getting symptoms of bad pain, bumps on genitals, fever, bleeding, green pee, little spots on her body that look like bruises, and she recently said her heart feels weird. Also said that her vagina looks like it's rotting...I'm worried, I'm only 19. Could you please give me your opinion on what it could be? It would help so much. Thank you

Your girlfriend needs to see a doctor to know if she had an infection; and the sooner the better. Don't have sex until you know more and you also need to be tested.
