ive been on the pill for 5 years and everyone has made me sick and i didnt always take it properly( i missed a few and new doubled up on them) in july i missed like three pills then got my period and decided to stop all together for fear it was messing up my body ( and i was having 2 periods everytime i missed a pill) i had a normal pill period than two weeks to the date had a noraml non pill period now none had mild cramping when i was susposed to start and have sore boobs discharge the week before my expected period frequent peeing, a headache, lower backache if i stand to long, drinking way more water and cotton mouth havent been under abnormal amounts of stress or loss any weight i have been eating more but not gaining any weight and all i want is crap food( anything fried, cupcakes, pizza etc im a vegetarian and eat really healthy and don't ever crave sweets or anything) than all that stopped yesterday woke up nauseated today and took the test and it was negative( this would be six weeks to the day of my last period)

I am having a difficult time determining when your last menstrual period began, but most likely nothing is "wrong" with your body!

When you miss pills (birth control), and double-up, you are not actually having two periods as you said...you are experiencing breakthrough bleeding, and then most likely are having your expected bleeding during your inactive week of pills. If you are not wanting to become pregnant, please talk with your doctor about other birth control options.

I am unclear why you are wondering if you are pregnant...did you have unprotected sex since your last period? Since you have stopped taking your pills, I am unclear if you are using any other form of birth control (condoms), but if you are having unprotected sex, then yes, there would be a chance of pregnancy.

If you are no longer worried about pregnancy (due to taking the HPT, and it has been longer than 2 weeks since you had sex), then the HPT is most likely accurate, and your menstrual period may take a cycle or two to become regular after you abruptly stop taking your birth control pills.
