So I haven't been sexually active . I was out with my friends and became drunk for the first time . It so happens that I kissed a guy and I'm pretty sure it didn't go beyond that . I was drunk but not too drunk to not notice anything going around me .all my friends assured me nothing happened either .im still paranoid as I didn't get my period . I got it on aug 10 then again sep 8 . But I didn't get it this month and it's oct 26 .i have been having ex's this month with a lot of deadlines for the assignments ..I haven't had properly sleep .i have been stressed out and plus I traveled twice within a gap of two weeks .i have been stressing about why I'm not getting my periods .also I had severe pain/cramp in my right thigh and the next day pain in my stomach (lower) but no flow .i also feel constipated .but no sore boobs , I still have a slight headache though . Could stress be the reason I'm not getting my period or if it's delayed ? Or am I pregnant ? Please help meeeeee

How can I be pregnant ? I don't think he did anything to me when I was drunk if I could remember kissing him and all theni souls obviously remember having sex right ?

Hi Anon and thanks for bringing your concerns to EmpowHER.

Being under severe stress can definitely have an impact on many aspects of your health, as stress releases a number of hormones, including cortisol. It's very possible that the stress you have been under is impacting your period, as well as other aspects of your health - your blood pressure, for example.

The only way to know for sure if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test. They are inexpensive and it may be worth your while to take one to get some peace of mind and reduce your stress.

Hope that helps,

Pam
