I mean what I would like to know is how big will the plaster be? Below the knee or up to the thigh? Also how long does the operation take to perform I got told 1 and a half hours, has anyone's took longer or shorter?
Thank you for taking the time to read and answer my question.
Take care from Korky.

Thank you for all the great info Maryann I will ask these questions when I go for my pre-op assessment tomorrow. I don't know if I will be able to see my surgeon again though until I have the op but if I do I will ask him the questions as well. I don't think I will see him though, but oh well that is life I suppose.
You do a great job, take care from Korky.

Hi,
May 18, 2011 - 5:48pmThese are all questions that you need to ask the surgeon who will be performing the surgery. So much depends upon the severity of your condition and what needs to be done to correct the problem.
