Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Here are some of the causes for pain on the right side of abdomen.

Gallstones

Cholecystitis

Kidney stones

Appendicitis

ovarian cyst

Constipation

Obstructed hernia

and any kind of liver disorder can also cause pain in this area.  It's important to see your doctor and through imaging test, he might be able to pinpoint the cause of your pain.
