Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. Thank you for coming to us with your concern.

Regestrone is pill available in some countries. In small doses, it is used to treat menstrual issues. In higher doses, it acts as a contraceptive.

Anonymous, please consult your physician who prescribed this pill.
I do not know why your doctor prescribed Regestrone. I do not know if that drug was to help regulate your menstrual cycle. Your doctor is your best resource for an answer to your questions.

Regards,
Maryann
