Hello and thank you for using EmpowHer,
Because of the nature of the surgery, you cannot become pregnant unless you have an artificial insemination.
In some surgeries the tube are damaged in order to create a block with scar tissue. With this type of surgery there is still a chance that the tubes are not sealed completely and you can still become pregnant naturally. But since your tubes were actually cut, it would not be possible without insemination.

Thank you for your prompt reply. But this means that my tubes cannot regrow too? As I have read in some comments that they got pregnant because their tubes had grown!!!! Is it possible!

These cases are not very common. And also it would depend on how long ago you had the surgery. The more recent the surgery the less of a chance there is of them growing back already
But since you had a tubal ligation you are at risk of having an ectopic pregnancy when trying to get pregnant. So you should make sure your fallopian tubes are in working condition before trying to get pregnant again.
