I was out running this morning and noticed that my hands become extremely swollen. I notice the swelling is more prevelant in the heat. A few of my friends said they also experience the same thing. Anyone know the cause for this? Should I be concerned?

Is it only your hands? And always when you run, or just when it's hot?

How long has it been since the last time you went running?

My nose often starts running when I'm running. I guess it just doesn't want to be left out.

I'll be interested in hearing your feedback on your last run prior to this experience.

It's only in my hands and it's been at least two weeks since my last run when the same thing happened. It also happened to my running partner.
