Hello. Good Day! My first menstruation was on Feb. 6 year present but only for 2 days. Then the next month it stop. My next menstruation was on May 7. May 13 I took check up and they gave me exluton because Im breastfeeding pills. I intake the pills on the night oh that day. May 21 me and my husband had an intercourse and he did not do the withdrawal. Am I safe? Is there a possible that I might get pregnant? Because Im so worried of what I read that the pills will effectively protected after 7 days. Hope you can answer my question.

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.

Often, periods do not return until you stop breast feeding.  This is perfectly normal.  Also a side effect of Exluton is missed periods.  This is also normal and not unhealthy.

Pregnancy is a possibility.  However, there is no way of knowing whether or not you are pregnant unless you take a pregnancy test.
