ask: Is there an exercise to help stiffness in upper limbs, probably arthritis. I have been going to curves for 21/2 years and am wondering if the leg exercises there is harming more then improving?

Hi Anon

Thanks for your post!

Exercise is generally very good for an arthritic body but they need to be specifically tailored for the condition of arthritis.

You may be using high impact machines, when you should be using low impact or working on the wrong parts of your body.

I think it's a good idea to get an actual diagnosis to see if you do have arthritis. If you do have it, you will be given a series of exercises to work on that can help with any pain and make sure no damage is done.

Congrats on working out the way you are!
