Is there a "medium" age the average woman stops having the hot flashes etc.

I have not had surgery and don't take hormone replacement anymore "personal preference" I think it's unsafe... I'm 69 now and still having mainly hot flashes although not as bad at it was a one time. Will it ever stop?
