Is there a pregnancy risk here?

Hi, I know there are lots of questions out there similar to mine but I can't find one that puts my mind at ease.

My boyfriend and I were watching a movie the other day and we started kissing and cuddling, fully clothed. After a while I put my hand in his pants and touched his penis. Not the tip, like the base of his penis, the til might have touched my hand but I'm not sure. And I took my bad back out, I didn't actually grab his penis. Anyway, about 10-20 minutes I went to pee and touched my vagina. He said he never ejaculated as we didn't do anything but kiss for a while but I am still concerned.

I missed my last period but I have irregular cycle and have missed a few before. This is the only encounter I have had. Is there a pregnancy risk here?

I am not as educated in sex-ed as I'd like to be. I know the basics but not the specifics. Please reply but also please do not be hurtful as I am concerned and I know it's probabaly a dumb question but I'd like to put my mind at rest. Thank you

Dear hey,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

You were clothed. You only kissed and touched him. You cannot get pregnant like that. He would have to penetrate you and ejaculate inside you for this to happen. If you do have sex, it's wise to use protection.

Best,
Helena

I will also add that my hand was a bit damp after removing it from his pants but I think it was just like sweat, but I wiped it on his shirt.
