Tingling beginning in the left neck area and down through shoulder. Feels like tiny electrical pulses

Began about four days ago. Not really painful just annoying. I do not have high or low blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol or triglycerides, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis last year but no problems with that. I take generic synthroid for under active thyroid. The only change has been a new medicine prescribed for thrush that I get because I use catheters and get UTI's unless I take Bactrim antibiotic. The new medicine is Fluconazole, Generic for Diflucan.
