the Today sponge

I have been using the sponge for only a month and it seems like I am a LOT drier inside than ever before. Is this a result of the sponge? Can the sponge somehow absorb my wetness?

Hi GillianNow

Thanks for your question and welcome!

Yes, the Today Sponge can and sometimes does cause vaginal dryness. It's actually listed on the website's frequently asked questions.

To stop this, you need to place the sponge inside you when it is completely wet and use a lubricant if necessary.

Good luck, I hope this works for you!
