I had a really bad fall at work where my chair broke and I suffered a very hard fall to my buttock more to right side the pain kept getting worse could not sit still, had nerve testing normal, but pain runs down front of leg on shin bone and brings me to tears, can this fall have caused all this I was only 44 and now 66 and wanting to say natural aging process degenerative disc, I do not know what to do work comp has. Been taking care of me all this time because a judge ruled it but now have to go back to court and can't believe all this I have really suffered

If you never had any back problems until that fall at work, it seems likely it has contributed to future back issues. Your doctor would be the best one to ask about the likelihood of this, though.
