I had my left foot run over by a 4-wheeler. Have had a doctor tell me that I have phlebitis on the inside of my left lower part of my leg. It it very tender to the touch, and I can't cross my legs for very long. I am wondering with the pain should I be worried?

Hi tooty.bloom,

Did your doctor just tell you that you had phlebitis and send you on your way? If you're in pain, notice swelling and redness, please go to you urgent care center since phlebitis is usually caused by a clot that lead to more serious health issue.

Please keep us posted,

Rosa
