I had surgery to repair torn acl, mcl and meniscus on my right knee almost 10 weeks ago. Physiotherapy has been excruciating and Im having trouble bending my knee. Ive only reached 95 degrees. Any new or better techniques to help with this?
Thank you.

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Physical therapy is very important after having Meniscus surgery. It's important you follow your doctors rehabilitation plan for optimum healing. If not chances are you might require more physical therapy and even surgery. You have to explain how you feel to your therapist. Hope this was helpful?
