I am on week 2 of doxycycline and flagyl for the treatment of chlamydia but I forgot my pills at a friends house and cannot get them until Tuesday, what do I do now? Will I have to be treated all over again?

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.
The treatment will not be effective unless you take the pills exactly as instructed. Since you cannot take the pills as instructed you most likely will need to restart to treatment. For now, you need to call or visit your doctor, to find out what steps to take next.
