Guide

Hello aaa81,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. Thank for reaching out to us for advice.

It is possible that the cramping and spotting might be related to implantation. If indeed you did conceive on June 14, it was too early to test. Levels of hCG, which is the hormone produced only during pregnancy can be detected in urine about 12 to 14 days following conception.

To eliminate false hopes, wait and see if you start your period on July 1. If you do not, then consider using an early response pregnancy test. For the most accurate result, test in the morning and use the first urine of the day.

Regards,
Maryann
