If you did not ejaculate in her vagina and she was not close to or actually ovulating, there was no risk of her becoming pregnant.
The ipill prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation. If she had not already ovulated, the pill would have worked.
Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If you had a recent ejaculation, sperm would have been in your urethra. That is the tube through which semen and urine pass. Once you urinated, any sperm was flushed out.
If your girlfriend does not have any bleeding within three weeks of taking the pill, she needs to test for pregnancy.
