ok well the lower part of my stomach has been hurting and my vaginas bleeding,i now its not a period because iv not had one in 3 years every since i got the mirena.this has been going on for about a month know on and off,and sometimes when my stomach hurts i have to be easy sitting down and moving around cause it makes it worse and i feel alot of pressure.i just am worried why i would be bleeding and if its bad that i am and cause my stomachs been hurting.what is it and what should i do?

Hi Anon,
Welcome to EmpowHER. The bleeding might be due to the Mirena or many other conditions that can also cause bleeding. You need to see your OBGYN, to know what can be causing these symptoms.
