I recently had sex with my boyfriend(November 16), and it was a bit rough but gentle at the same time, so after we had sex, I went to the bathroom and there was blood, it is now 20 November, 4 days later and it's still bleeding but lightly. Why could this be? Please help :(

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for coming to us with your concern about vaginal bleeding after intercourse.
Can we assume this is not menstrual bleeding? Was the amount enough t fill a tampon or sanitary pad? If so, how often must you change? Is it bright red in color? Is it now only spotting?
The first concern is that your cervix is being easily irritated. Normally, this does not happen in a healthy cervix, so the concern is that there might be an infection of the cervix. Sexually transmitted diseases, such as gonorrhea or chlamydia, can cause cervical lesions that bleed with sex.
Injuries to the vaginal wall or introitus, which is the opening to the vagina, during intercourse could be a possible reason for the bleeding.
Anonymous, I urge you to consult your gynecologist or primary care physician to determine the exact cause of this bleeding.

No, my period is supposed to start near the end of the month... But I have slight pains that feel like it could be my period..
It's only a little bit of blood, that looks like menstrual blood. And this is the first time that this has happened. Me and my partner are STD free so I doubt that could be the cause.
Is there some form of medication I could take to better the situation?

No. You need to be examined and evaluated by a gynecologist.
We do not prescribe medication. Nothing can be prescribed until the cause is known.
