Vaginal cuts

I have been experiencing this problem for the last one month i have some tinny pimples on the vaginal opening when i have sex they get irritated and turn to cuts what could be the problem and what is this could it be an infection or he thrusts too much and irritate them. the next day after having sex sitting becomes uncomfortable.
please help its taking away my desire to have sex

Welcome to EmpowHER.  The pimples can be due many things, an infected follicle, genital warts, Sometime an imbalance of estrogen hormones can cause changes the area. You need to be seen by an OBGYN, so he can prescribed the right treatment.
