Thanks for finding EmpowHER and posting a question. I'm not sure what your question has to do with women's health. Is there a particular reason why you're asking? I hope it's not an academic assignment. We are not allowed to help you in that regard.
To find an appropriate answer, you first may need to determine which tradition of the water element you are inquiring about. Most traditions (Greek, Roman, Indian, Wiccan/Pagan, Feng Shiu) have different meanings for the classical element of water. You can look it up on Wikipedia, or do a Google search to locate the specific information you are trying to find.
