We used protection all the time, but now I'm late....

I never have sex without a condom. I am always regular and keep a period tracker app on my phone. I am now 2 days late for my period when I'm usually 2 days early. I've been having sex for about 1-2 months but I had my period last month. What is going on? I don't have a job, I'm in college, and my boyfriend lives an 45 minutes away. I'm freaking out and I'm scared.
