On 21-12-2014 I wiped and noticed a light pink to beige color on the toilet paper after peeing, the next night on the 22nd I noticed again light pinkish brown again, My period was due on the 25th but came a day late, it is always 7 days, but now it ended on the 5th day, which has never happened before. I also have been getting headaches for about a weak , feeling tired and having cramping even up to this day, my stomach feels a little queasy also along with heartburn and nausea. Has anyone experienced this before?

Your symptoms of fatigue, headaches, upset stomach, heartburn and nausea may not be related to your menstrual cycle at all. You may have a virus or a gastrointestinal issue such as GERD or acid reflux as the cause of the upset stomach and heartburn.
Any chances in a woman's menstrual cycle can be linked to a hormonal imbalance, since the cycle is regulated by hormones.
Start the new year off by scheduling an appointment for a complete physical exam with your primary care physician.
