and know i am really sure i am in menopause or peramenapause cause I haven't had a period yet haven't cramped , no breast tenderness , I have been getting hot and by nature i am a cold person. Husband is the hot one I have been waking up pillow is wet and i wake up at 3 , 4, in the morning it's like a clock wakes me up I cant and don't even feel like i will sleep so I just get up. I told my doctor i don't feel tired so i am not asking for sleeping pills but know my next plan I need to do Hormone testing get that balanced . I also have been diognosed with RA and that's painful I see the Rumatologist in Dec so I guess my body is in all sorts of changes .

Guide

Considering your age and symptoms, you are experiencing perimenopause. During this period, which precedes menopause, a woman begins to experience irregular menstrual cycles. The fluctuations in estrogen levels contribute to missed periods, hot flashes, mood swings and vaginal dryness. Your sleep disturbances can be the result of hot flashes and the pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis.

Be sure to tell the rheumatologist how much pain you are experiencing. Explore treatment options during your appointment.

There are treatment options , both hormonal and alternative, for menopausal symptoms. You can find information and articles on this subject on this site. Just type in menopause or perimenopause in the search box at the top of this page.
