I was hawing sex with my boyfriend, we used a condom, but when he was about to finish he pull it out and took the condom off and finished on my belly and a little on the top of my v mountain. I kept my hand there so nothing could get in but then I went to take a shower and after i cleaned with water I stuck a finger inside to clean there too. Is there any any chance some sperm got in and I could have gotten pregnant from it? I know there are slim chances but this worries me.

There is a very slight chance that you could become pregnant this way. The only thing to do is wait for your next period. If you are late by at least 7 days, you could take a pregnancy test.
In the future, tell your boyfriend to keep the condom on until he has ejaculated. When you are cleansing your genitalia, use a washcloth with soap and warm water.
