What are the chances of me getting pregnant on the pill but had diarrhea and condom broke?

I just recently started birth control (Minastrin 24 FE to be exact). I started on February 10 and have been taking it every single day at the same time though one day I took it about 15mins later than usual. On sunday march 1, I had serve diarrhea which I didn't realize would affect the pill. The next day, I had sex maybe an hour or so after taking my pill and the condom broke. I didn't take plan B because I didn't think about the diarrhea affecting anything but now I am concerned.

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.

The diarrhea may have made the pill slightly less effective, but still the chances of getting pregnant are next to none.  If you period is irregular, you may want to take a pregnancy test.  But for now, no need to take any action.
