What are good forms of contraceptives?

I was browsing somewhere and I saw a couple contraceptives that I never heard of before. For example, Vaginal Contraceptive Film and Vaginal Contraceptive Foam. I would like to know how effective are they and what are other forms of contraceptives that are also effective?
Where can I get more information on this topic?

Here is further information and a warning about N9. I review lots of types of contraceptives and am keeping a close eye on the Yaz findings, however, I would not be recommending any type of birth control containing Nonoxynol 9. Hope you enjoy my website content, there's a lot of easy to read, 'no nonsense' content there.
Kind regards Carole
