What are natural cures for hypothyroidism

It is very hard to treat hypothyroidism on your own without the need for a doctor or acupuncturist. Even if you choose the more natural approach, you would still have to see an acupuncturist, chiropractor, or holistic doctor. With this holistic approach, symptoms can be relieved but there may still be a need to use a more traditional approach with typical medications used for treating hypothyroidism.
The good news is that there are medications that although still FDA approved, prescription drugs--are naturally derived. I would be wary of any medications sold over the internet as "natural" treatments as these are usually not effective and can cause more harm than good.
