What are the symptoms of lactose malabsorption, what can you eat/drink when you have this and what causes it?

Yes I have been. I had one of those breath tests and the results came back that I had lactose malabsorption. I do notice when I have a lot of dairy I get horrendous reflux overnight and wake up with a terrible acidic taste. Cheers Juls
