When you say "what are the symptoms to look for", I'm not sure what you mean. To look for what?
If you are sick to your stomach and in pain, you may have a virus, a bug, a gastric flu or even food poisoning (amongst many other possibilities).
Can you fill us in with a lot more information?
How long have you felt this way?
Any other symptoms?
Are family members also sick?
Are you on any medications or dealing with any other health issues?
