Hello and thank you for sharing your questions.

Toxins get into our bodies most easily through our diet.  For most people, a large percentage of their diet is made up of processed foods.  Processed foods are anything that went through a machine and into a package back it reaches your mouth.  This can included anything from cereal, to canned green beans to a piece of bread.  All these items contain GMOs, preservatives, and chemicals.

The more we eat these foods, the more toxins (GMOs, preservatives and chemicals) build up in our bodies.  The only way to eliminate those things is through detoxing.  There are many ways to detox.  It depends on the level of detox you want and need.

For some people, a detox means, simply not eating refined sugars.  For others it means cutting out the 3 big ones: sugar, breads, and meats.  Still others detox by just drinking home made vegetable juice.  These are only a few ways to detox.

But mostly a detox simply means cleansing the body.  Cleansing not only means not eating processed foods, but also eating micronutrient rich foods which are fruits and vegetables.

Choosing the right kind of detox for you will depend on your physical health, your weight, and your present diet.

If you wish for me to help you find the best detox for you.  Give some more detail about your current situation and reply to this comment.  I would love to help.
