If you are feeling that you could benefit from being coached during this transition so that you make conscious decisions about your future then you are already on the way to a happier future.

I do not have any personal experience with coaches trained in the Heal Your Life program. But, if you think enrolling in such a program could help you and improve your life-go for it.
