I have had surgery on my right foot twice in the past 8 years for plantar fasciitis and I have NEVER EVER been free from the pain!
I had steroid shots in it before giving in to the surgery and that didn't did not help much.
I have tried essential oils. Nothing helps! I am a very young 50 year old woman, the way I walk you would think I was100.
I also have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on shoes that claimed they would correct the problem, NOPE.
It is always painful even in summer weather, the winter almost is UNBEARABLE, HELP ME PLEASE.

Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. I know the pain of having ankle surgery myself. Since you have done the normal procedures for your condition, have you thought of perhaps getting a second opinion?

Thanks,

Missie
