Hello lill,

I am sorry to hear that you are dealing with so many issues.

Restless legs syndrome or RLS symptoms can be eased with lifestyle changes and medication. Establishing regular sleep patterns, and eliminating or decreasing the use of caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco, may be helpful.

Lill, are you taking any medication to help ease the pain in your knees? Have you considered joining a support group to help with weight loss? The support of other people in the same situation could be very helpful. Working with a trained counselor can help you develop coping skills to deal with the pain and your feelings.
