Hi Anon

Thanks for your post!

Night eating is a problem for many, I totally understand!

We tend to crave carbs, salts and sugars at night - in other words - chips, popcorn, ice-cream etc!

To stop cravings, eat a very healthy dinner around 7pm - with lean protein, fiber and veg. This will not only feed your body but keep you full.

If you have cravings, then choose an apple or banana or a few pretzels.  Drink lots of water and head to bed early. Don't buy junk so you don't have to avoid it.

When worst comes to worst, you need to exert a little self-control to do what is right for your body. Nobody is perfect and we can all binge a little but we all need to be held accountable for our own actions.

Good luck!
