what is the causes of the hotness over my body most especially from my waist down to the legs? And also peppering sensation over my body too?

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Those symptoms can be caused by many things such as circulation, fluid retention and many other conditions.  It's very important you get examined by your doctor immediately. Hope this was helpful?
