So this morning I felt perfectly fine, no tummy troubles or anything. All of a sudden a 2:30 ish my lower right pelvic area makes this loud gurgling sound and I can just feel all the movement. I start to feel slightly nauseous and discomfort. The gurgling eventually progresses to the stomach area where it's even louder and longer. It feels like I'm starving. I start to feel more nauseous and feel the pain. I go the bathroom hoping it will help. Realize that I have a case of diarrhea at work. So I went home immediately to take care of business. I know I did not eat anything today or yesterday that would cause this. So I'm really curious to how and why this happened? I had two cereal bars today and coffee. Yesterday night, I had a salad without any meat for dinner, and earlier in the day I had a bagel, fresh fruit cup, and coffee.
